On July 9, U.S. President Trump stated, "The latest study from the White House Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) shows that the tariff policy has zero impact on inflation. The research data indicates that import prices are continuously falling – this completely corroborates my previous prediction. Those fake news media and so-called 'experts' have been proven wrong by the facts again! Tariffs are making our country 'prosperous.' Many new factories, jobs, and trillions of dollars in investments are flooding into the United States. Someone should show this new study to 'Mr. Too Late' Jerome Powell, who has been whining like a baby about non-existent inflation for months and refusing to do the right thing.
