1.Can you give us an overview of the Game and what your vision is for the project?

Superpower Squad is a Web 3 gaming platform with 2 years of development dedicated to an in-app wallet and public Web 3 game chain. Its first Web 3 eSport game Superpower Squad is live across all mobile platforms. With a superhero theme and various PVE/ PVP modes, this third-person shooter is a fun, casual, and competitive game that follows sustainable tokenomics and encourages player creation with User-Generated-Content (UGC) mode (All game modes are fully developed and will be deployed according to marketing plan). The game developers were part of an international AAA studio and had produced numerous hit titles. Co-developed with our crypto partners, the team is equipped with 5-year of experience in blockchain development and building start-ups in silICON valley.
Superpower Squad is free-to-play and play-to-earn, with a focus on high play skills producing high rewards. The game is the first truly fun (high playability) and competitive Web 3 industry leader. We will continue to build and publish more games on our platform. The second game has finished its initial staging, follow our social media for updates.
We believe that a good game should have free-to-play at its core, where the game itself is fun and enjoyable to play. Afterall, the game comes before Fi, and the Fi element should be frictionless as well.
And those are the core values that we set out to build Superpower Squad. It took time to build a great game and to learn how to innovate on the limitations and tokenomic models we know. So it’s taken us a few years to design all the detailed characters and a well-functioning in-game economy. We took on the responsibility to provide our users a great product and not until recently we felt like the game was ready. While it took a bit of time for Superpower Squad to meet the world, our 3 years of hard work will pay off in the game’s long term success.
2.What separates Superpower Squad from other play to earn games? What’s unique about this?

It is unfortunate that most games in the current Game-Fi market lack playability. Superpower Squad publishes high-quality games that are genuinely worth playing, it will be the game changer and revolutionizes the GameFi industry.
Our playability is recognized by many industry colleagues and players. We lead the industry with top content and complete game mechanisms. Currently, all our game content is finished and fully deployed on-chain, and transactions are transparent and completely traceable.
We encourage play-to-earn and most importantly skill-to-earn. Players who truly enjoy our game will spend time and effort into mastering their fight skills and bring stickiness to our user base.
UGC mode: Superpower Squad players can freely explore their imagination through our UGC tool Metacube. Metacube not only provide a way to create their own game modes and rules, but also NFTize the game. Users can upload the NFTized game modes and share it within the game community. Trendy game modes and rules also incentivizes their creators with good earnings.

3.How far into the game’s development is the team?

The game has gone through 3 rounds of beta tests, launched and completed cIFO on Pancake Swap on December 15th. We listed our token on Gate.io recently, and please follow our official channels for updates.
Our first chAmpionship is also starting and live-streaming in this quarter. With good support from top media and exchange platforms, we look forward to celebrating the winners with abundant prizes.
So far, we have 5 free-to-play modes, 1 where you work with your squad to defeat another team, 3 where you fight to be the last one standing, and 1 where you fight to survive those zombie Waves!
Then, we have 1 (Play to Earn) P2E mode or Win to earn also known as the Battle Royale mode. In Battle Royale, you’ll drop in on a map with 11 players and win $ECG according to your performance. It’s similar to PubG and will be one of the best GameFi experiences in 2023!
Additionally, in the next year, we will launch our User generated content (UGC) mode called Metacube. Think about DOTA or even minecraft, it will allow players to build, share and rent their own games out of the SPS foundation!
Our hero NFTs comes in 4 different rarity :
Classic Rare Legendary Mythic
We have developed 25 heroes so far.Heroes with higher rarity come with special features, they can interact with sea, land and air environments, break the rules and earn bonus rewards. Each hero also comes with their unique skins, weapons(change fight style and increase stats) and can equip beautiful back ornaments.
You can also upgrade your heroes to increase fight stats, rewarded battles and earn more $ECG per match!
Oh! We also encourage you to join or create a guild, where you can build a sTRONg team of good fighters with those who are good-skilled and like-minded.
And all this lives inside the Superpower Squad app.
4.Superpower Squad has a decentralized model that’s sustainable in the long term. Let’s dive into how that works. Do earnings come from a treasury or do players win them from the losing players?

Yeah, we have SuperDao, By joining our SuperDao, Users can also stake their $SQUAD token into the pool to generate revenue and participate in community governance. Staked $SQUAD can be converted into VSQUAD, and users can select a lockup period from one month to two years, Optional lock-in periods include 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years.
Should player’s opt-in for a 1-month lock-in period; the token allocation will be converted into a 1:1 ratio. 1 $SQUAD token will be converted into 1 $VSQUAD token. If the lock-in period is 2 years, the ratio will be 1:24; 1 $SQUAD token will be converted into 24 $VSQUAD tokens
$VSQUAD holders will be entitled to Daily benefits from the platform. Revenue will be determined by the number of $VSQUAD held by users plus the revenue made by the platform during the previous week. If user X has 10,000 $SQUAD tokens and decides to lock them in for a 2 year period, the user will be able to receive 240,000 $VSQUAD tokens.
The revenue come from 3 ways:
50% of all $ECG income from NFT transactions will Flow into the SuperDAO pool.
20% of all $SQUAD consumed by NFT synthesis will Flow into the SuperDAO pool.
20% of all $SQUAD consumed by NFT upgrades will Flow into the SuperDAO pool.
5.Is there a centralized server hosting the game?

Yes, for the game server, it’s hosted by centralized server.
6.Are items in the game stored on the blockchain or decentralized servers?
Anastasiia(Marketing Manager):
All of the items are able to stored on the blockchain, Players can transfer the items from the game to the blockchain and also vice versa, by the way, we have our own game chain, which is Superpower Squad Chain, so the gas fee of all interaction is much lower than on other chains.
7.Please tell us more about mystery boxes and how ECG token is used.
Anastasiia(Marketing Manager):
we use a dual-token $SQUAD and $ECG, $ECG is our in-game token, 90% of which will be used for the gaming eco. all NFTs will be rewarded with $ECG. Rewards will be based on the ranking , and bonuses will be given out according to heroes’ attributes and skin levels. NFTs purchase, upgrades and synthesis require a amount of $ECG, and the consumed $ECG will be burned, including tokens used to buy NFT hero mystery boxes from the official market. And the Gas fee will be settled via $ECG.
There are 2 type of mystery boxes in the game, one is Gold box, the other is Mythical box, users can 100% get NFT Hero from the boxes, the price depends on the drop rate of the different rarity of hero, for the Gold box, players will get at least one classic or rare hero, for the Mythical box, players may get legendary or mythic hero. Players can purchase in our official market.
