ナスダック上場企業NMHIは532万ドルでJ&Y Marigold Ltd.の株式の大部分を買収しました
金色財經によると、ナスダック上場企業のNatures Miracle Holding Inc.（NMHI）は、532万ドルの買収価格でBTC鉱山企業J&Y Marigold Ltd.の株式の90%を買収すると発表しました。後者は現在、14MWのBTCマイニング設備の建設中であり、2025年上半期に稼働予定です。NMHIは農業技術会社であり、一部の上場企業がトランプの当選以来、BTC戦略に転換し始めていると報じられています。
