Gate News botのメッセージ、《ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナル》が報じたところによると、Rippleはアメリカ通貨監理署（OCC）に全国銀行ライセンスの申請を提出し、ステーブルコインRLUSDを連邦規制システムに組み込むことを目指しています。同時に、Rippleの子会社Standard Custody & Trustは連邦準備制度（FED）の主口座を申請しています。申請が承認されれば、同社は非銀行営業時間に直接ステーブルコインを発行および償還する能力を持つことになります。
