The Indonesia Stock Exchange is considering extending the trading window by one hour.

Gate News bot message, the Indonesia Stock Exchange will consider extending trading hours, which is the latest move to attract foreign investors into Southeast Asia's largest economy after a large-scale dumping earlier this year.

Iman Rachman, the president of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, stated in an interview last Thursday that to attract Asian investors from earlier time zones, the Indonesia Stock Exchange might start trading at 8 a.m. or end trading at 5 p.m. to better serve European traders.

He stated that, as part of the internal review, extending the trading time on both ends is also under consideration, and the review may be completed within three months.
