Viewpoint: The V-shaped Rebound of BTC indicates that its safe-haven narrative is still valid

Gate News bot message, according to CoinDesk, BTC Rebound after a big dump last weekend, once again sparked debate about whether it is maturing as a true safe-haven asset or simply reacting to Favourable Information and ETF-driven capital flows in the macroeconomy.

Xapo Bank's investment director Gadi Chait said, "BTC's position as a safe-haven asset is still forming. After falling to around $90,000, it V-shaped rebounded to over $105,000 in less than 48 hours, highlighting its increased liquidity and integration with mainstream investment portfolios."

Chait added that although geopolitical impacts often lead to capital outflows, the recent cycle indicates that institutional investors' buying interest is now helping to suppress the fall and accelerate the rebound.
