Ethereum Foundation sells coins, SharpLink sweeps ETH to challenge for the championship throne.

The American online gaming company SharpLink has once again purchased 12,648 ETH, bringing the company's total ETH holdings to 218,282 ETH, making it the largest publicly listed company by Ether reserves in the world, second only to the Ethereum Foundation. With the Ethereum Foundation's coin sales, the gap between the two parties is now only 25,000 Ether, making it seem that surpassing is just around the corner.

SharpLink bought 12,648 coins of ETH

According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's post, the online gaming company SharpLink has once again purchased 12,648 ETH. Since announcing its entry into the Ethereum (ETH) strategic reserve at the end of May, it has bought a total of 218,282 Ether, making it the largest Ether reserve publicly listed company in the world and the second-largest ETH holder after the Ethereum Foundation.

The average purchase price is about 2,617 USD, calculated based on the Ether price of 2,967 USD before the deadline, with an unrealized profit of 76.4 million.

Ethereum Foundation sells ETH, SharpLink rushes to catch up.

The Ethereum Foundation previously transferred 21,000 ETH and just now sold 1,210 ETH at a selling price of $2,889.5.

Well, it turns out that the Ethereum Foundation has been selling the ETH it transferred out during this time: they sold 1,210 ETH for 3.496 million USDC two hours ago, at a selling price of $2,889.5.

According to data from strategicethreserve.xyz, the entity holding the most Ether is still the Ethereum Foundation, followed by SharpLink. However, the gap is only 25,000 Ether, and it seems that surpassing it is just around the corner.
