Jin10 Data, July 12 - On July 11 local time, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres strongly condemned the recent resumption of attacks by the Houthi armed group on civilian vessels transiting the Red Sea, particularly several serious incidents that occurred between July 6 and July 8, 2025.
