Dongting Lake embankment breach emergency two-way closure has reached 91.5 meters
On the afternoon of July 5th, a pipe burst occurred on the front embankment of Tuanzhouyuan, Hunan Province, and was followed by a breach. The breach was over 220 meters wide. As of 17:00 on the 7th, the closure of the breach has been completed for 91.5 meters.
