Deutsche Bank: In early August, investors who reduced positions quickly increased the position, and the stock market rebounded far above the average level.
On August 20th, Deutsche Bank's flow data showed that investors who significantly reduced their stock investments during the market fluctuation period in early August quickly increased their holdings as global stock markets rebounded last week. Funds flowed into index options, large-cap tech stocks, cyclical stocks, and defensive stocks. Deutsche Bank said in a report on Monday that the Position of discretionary investors (who judge when to buy or sell) 'leapt sharply, fully recovering (last week's) decline, and now far exceeds the average level again', which is a sign of the market's rapid recovery from intense dumping. Deutsche Bank also said that trend-following investment portfolios, including the "Fluctuation Control" fund, have significantly increased their stock investments, even though positions are still "far below historical highs".
