BlockBeats news, on August 22nd, according to CNBC, former FTX executive Ryan Salame seeks to withdraw his plea protocol, claiming that the federal government violated the protocol to terminate the investigation against his partner. In a filing submitted on Wednesday, Salame's lawyer requested the withdrawal of the plea protocol and accused the government of violating a key provision of the protocol by not investigating his partner, Michelle Bond. The motion states, 'The government is using the plea negotiation to threaten Salame's partner and their family.'
