The leader of the Hezbollah party speaks out for the first time after the downfall of the Assad regime.

On December 15th, Jinshi data reported that Hezbollah leader, Na'im Qasim, made a televised speech on the 14th, responding publicly for the first time to the fall of the former Syrian regime, an ally. Qasim admitted that Hezbollah had lost the military supply line in Syria and called on the new Syrian leadership not to recognize or establish relations with Israel. Qasim acknowledged in his speech on the 14th: 'Yes, Hezbollah has currently lost this military equipment supply channel in Syria, but this loss is just a minor issue in the work of our resistance organization. Syria will have a new regime, and this channel may be restored to normal, or we may seek other ways to acquire weapons.'
