Trump threatens to increase tariffs on Europe and Canada, adding uncertainty to the Eurozone outlook.
On March 27, Jin10 reported that U.S. President Trump stated in a post on Truth Social, "If the EU and Canada cooperate to cause economic harm to the United States, then they will be subjected to massive tariffs far greater than those currently planned." Financial website Forexlive analyst Justin Low indicated that this would at least dampen optimism towards the euro next week.
