According to Mars Finance, RBC.ru reports that based on the DFA issuance resolution published on the official website of the National Settlement Depository (NSD) of Russia, GazpromBank will issue digital financial assets (DFA) with a total value of 2 billion rubles (approximately 23.54 million USD). It is reported that Russian DFA is a tokenization certificate of physical assets based on Blockchain technology and does not belong to the category of Crypto Assets or Tokens traded on crypto exchanges. DFA can only be issued by operators of official information systems certified by the Central Bank of Russia, including institutions such as Sberbank, Alfa Bank, Atomyze, Masterchain, and NSD.
