According to Mars Finance news, a senior privacy regulator in Germany has officially notified Apple and Google that the Chinese AI service DeepSeek, which transmits user data to China, violates German law and is considered illegal content, as reported by Bloomberg. Previously, German regulators had requested in May that DeepSeek be delisted or take data protection measures, but the company has not responded.
