A tide of liquidity is coming, and Bitcoin may soar.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent faces a daunting challenge: how to fund the government's massive expenditures while keeping the yield on national debt below 5%. Traditional quantitative easing policies are no longer viable, and Bessent needs innovative solutions.

Stablecoins may become the solution. By encouraging large banks to issue stablecoins, up to $6.8 trillion could be released for purchasing short-term government bonds. In addition, stopping the payment of interest on excess reserves could further release $3.3 trillion in purchasing power.

The $10.1 trillion liquidity injection will have a huge impact on risk assets, driving the market to "soar forward." Bitcoin may break through $100,000 in the short term, and in the long term, it even has the potential to reach $1 million.

However, the market may experience fluctuations in the short term. After the passage of Trump's new bill, the Treasury will need to replenish the general account, which may lead to a temporary contraction in Liquidity. Bitcoin may fluctuate in the range of $90,000 to $95,000.

Investors should focus on systemically important bank stocks rather than fintech companies like Circle. Stablecoin policies will bring significant benefits to large banks, and their stock prices are expected to surge.

Do not wait for the Federal Reserve to restart quantitative easing. New liquidity is already on the way, just appearing in different forms. Wise investors should prepare in advance and layout their strategies.
