The President of Ukraine met with the U.S. envoy in Rome.

Jin10 reported on July 10 that on July 9 local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky met with U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine Affairs Kurt Volker in Rome, the capital of Italy. Volker came as part of the U.S. delegation to attend the international conference on Ukraine's reconstruction held in Rome from July 10 to 11. Zelensky stated that the two sides discussed issues such as purchasing U.S. weapons, conducting joint defense production, achieving localized production of weapons in Ukraine, and sanctions against Russia. Previously, U.S. President Trump had promised to provide additional weapons to Ukraine.
