Good good good! I haven't made any moves for over a week with @anoma, right? I just paused for a week and came back, now it should be able to recognize it!

First of all, congratulations to the top 100 friends, there are many familiar faces. Although it seems that what I wrote before was not recognized, I have genuinely taken the time to understand this project. Today, I will start from the beginning and introduce it.

Before talking about Anoma, let's start with something that happens in our daily lives.
In the past, it was very troublesome for us to pay various fees:
To pay the electricity bill, you need to open the electricity app; to pay the gas bill, you need to switch to the gas app; to top up your phone bill, you have to switch to the carrier app.

Each app has different login methods and operation steps. Sometimes, I forget which app corresponds to which service, and it can take half a day just to find the entrance.

Later, there was a unified life service platform. As long as you say "I want to pay for something," the platform directly connects you to the underlying system without worrying about which company's system it is or how the settlement is done; just click and it's done.

@anoma wants to do this thing in the blockchain.
The current blockchain is like those decentralized payment apps from back in the day:

Ethereum and Bitcoin each have their own rules, and users who want to use an application need to first understand "which chain this application is on" and "what steps are needed to transfer assets across chains."

Sometimes switching chains requires resetting the wallet, and the steps can be so numerous that it’s overwhelming. Developers are also troubled by this; to make applications usable across different chains, they have to write several sets of code, repeating the work.

Anoma wants to create a "unified life service platform" to integrate these scattered chains together, and its most distinctive feature is "intention-centered:"

For example, if you want to "exchange the assets in your hand for a coin on another chain, trying to save on fees," you don't have to figure out how to operate it yourself. Just tell Anoma your goal, and it will automatically plan the path, taking care of the cross-chain and exchange matters behind the scenes.

What are the advancements compared to the previous blockchain?
Just like Ethereum allowed everyone to develop various applications on-chain (such as DeFi, NFT) back in the day, it still hasn't solved the problem of "too many chains and fragmented operations."

Anoma is like adding a layer of "smart butler" on top of this, allowing users to operate without going through step by step, and developers do not have to struggle repeatedly to adapt to different chains, so they can focus on how to make the application better.

I think this approach is quite practical. For blockchain to be used by more ordinary people, the core must be to simplify it.

If users don't have to remember so many steps, or understand so many technical terms, and just need to clearly state what they want to do, leaving the rest to the system, then more people will definitely be willing to give it a try. This might be the most valuable aspect of Anoma.
