Aiming for gradual progress: Doing Web3 within the ByteDance ecosystem is truly not as simple as telling a story.

If you ask me what kind of sparks can fly between Web3 companies and ByteDance, I can only say—don't fantasize about getting rich overnight, and don't be afraid of slow progress. Mind Network has become the first Web3 company to cooperate with the ByteDance ecosystem. Today, let's talk about how difficult, winding, and worthwhile this journey has been.

1. Cooperation is not a pie falling from the sky; it requires thick skin + hard technology.

Let’s be clear: collaboration with large companies doesn’t rely on "telling stories," but rather on whether you can solve their real problems. Mind Network and BytePlus signed an MOU (don’t ask what an MOU is; insiders understand, while outsiders can just think of it as "official announcement of a relationship"), but behind it are countless technical integrations, demand negotiations, and "upgrading through PPT presentations." Why can Mind Network get on board? Because Mind Network has FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption) as its "hammer"—it allows AI reasoning to be encrypted throughout, and even if you are a super hacker, you won’t be able to take a peek. Security, security, and more security—this is the true essential need for large companies.

2. Scene implementation: Lark, Coze, Web2 users, gradually penetrating

Don't think that signing an MOU means you can immediately "dominate" 40 million Lark users. The reality is that in the realm of Web2, the strategies of Web3 need to be gradually implemented. Mind Network collaborates with Lark to provide crypto AI services; they are also working with the Coze Agent platform to develop AI privacy protection. In simple terms, it's about gradually infiltrating the Web2 daily life with the Web3 concept of "privacy first." At first, there won't be many users, but that's okay—first, the infrastructure needs to be built, and then users will come. Infiltrate, infiltrate, and still infiltrate; there's no need to rush.

3. MCP: How to Resolve the Trust Crisis of AI Agents?
AI Agents have become popular, but who bears the blame for the "unreliable output"? The mainstream approach now is scoring, sentiment analysis, and subjective evaluation, but to put it bluntly, it's all "soft assessment," which is highly inflated. Mind Network has developed its own MCP (Model Context Protocol) that supports encrypted verification. What does this mean? It means that even if you cannot see the data itself, you can verify that the AI's output has not been tampered with, swapped, or "performed." Triple protection, triple protection, triple protection. In the future, the "credit system" for AI will definitely not rely on arbitrary scoring, but rather on on-chain traceable historical behavior. If you earn money with the Agent for 30 consecutive days and lose on the 31st day, you can't dismiss its capability outright—it's necessary to look at the big picture and to examine the evidence.

4. Industry Collaboration: Cooperation, Not a Solo Act

Don't think that Web3 is a "lone warrior." Mind Network, together with Zama, Vana, and Stanford Medical School, is working on a privacy protection agent that has collected medical data from 350,000 users; collaborating with Circle to promote compliant privacy stablecoins; and partnering with Alibaba Cloud to implement trustworthy AI cloud solutions. The FHE track has recently been heating up, but while the excitement is high, the technology still needs to be developed step by step. Cooperation, cooperation, and more cooperation; going it alone won't get you far.

5. Practical Advice: Don't just focus on the trend, first solidify your foundation.
After saying so much, it ultimately comes down to the old saying: Don't let the hype cloud your judgment. Cooperation with large companies is just the starting point; the real value lies in whether you can solve actual problems. The technology must be solid, the scenarios must be practical, and users need to be educated gradually. Don't be afraid of taking it slow, and don't fear that no one will use it. Once the road is built, people will come eventually. The combination of Web3 and AI is still far from the "harvest period"; right now is the "planting period." As long as you make steady progress, even if it's just one step each day, you will eventually reach where you want to go.

Move forward step by step, take your time, don't be afraid.
