Techub News消息，据Forbes报道，尼日利亚总统蒂努布总统签署了《2025年投资与证券法》（ISA），正式承认Bitcoin和其他ativos digitais为moeda. 新法案将赋予尼日利亚证券交易委员会（SEC）对虚拟资产服务提供商（VASPs）、数字资产运营商（DAOPs）和数字资产交易所（DAEs）的监管权。法案同时严厉打击Esquema Ponzi，违规者将面临至少2000万奈拉（约12,430美元）的罚款和最高10年监禁。
