He also notes that Stellar’s weekly RSI is mirroring its 2017 pattern, which saw a surge above 90, a pullback to around 50, and a bullish reversal back above 90. XLM’s weekly RSI is now in the third stage of this process at 70, indicating there is still significant upside potential.
