Starting from Stablecoins - Observing the Compliance Path of Traditional Payment Institutions Transforming to Web3.0 Speaker: Shao Jia Dian ( Partner at Mankun Law Firm ) First of all, Shao Jiaio, a partner of Mankiw Law Firm, opened with the theme of "Interpretation of Global Stablecoin Supervision and the Compliance Path of Web3 Transformation of Traditional Payment Institutions". Starting from the evolution cases of typical stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, PYUSD, etc., Mr. Shao talked about the risks and challenges in the development of stablecoins, and also introduced the commonalities and characteristics of stablecoin supervision in major jurisdictions around the world. Mr. Shao believes that the future of Web3 payment is not a game between code and law, but a cornerstone of trust based on application compliance.

The Land of Innovation: Web3.0 Payments and RWA Speaker: Yang Zixuan ( BlockbeatHK Market Vice President ) Next, Yang Zixuan, Deputy Director of the BlockbeatHK market, shared "Where Innovation Happens: Web3.0 Payment & RWA". He discussed how Web3 payments are breaking traditional barriers against the backdrop of changes in the global payment market, such as providing a new integrated crypto payment experience for merchants online and offline through SPARK Pay. At the same time, he also shared the enormous potential of RWA (Real-World Assets on the Blockchain): the future of payment settlement and the entire lifecycle of tokenized assets is expected to be completed on-chain, achieving a more efficient, transparent, and globalized flow of value than today.

KYT: The 'New KYC' in the Web3.0 Era Speaker: Joe Zhou ( Beosin CEO ) Subsequently, Beosin CEO Joe Zhou presented "KYT: The 'New KYC' in the Web3 Era." Joe opened with a true story of asset theft, allowing everyone to feel the real existence of risks in the on-chain world. He mentioned that relying solely on traditional KYC is far from sufficient; what is needed in the Web3 era is KYT—Know Your Transaction, to understand the risks of each transaction in real-time. Beosin is helping project parties and financial institutions navigate more steadily and further in a complex environment through on-chain monitoring, risk assessment, and Compliance consulting.

Stablecoins, the future of global payments and trade - Hong Kong's unique position Speaker: Zhong Jiadong ( CTO of Yuan Coin Technology ) Finally, the CTO of Yuan Coin Technology, Zhong Jiadong, presented "The Financial Platform Bridging Web2 & Web3". He shared the current status and advantages of stablecoin applications in cross-border trade. Compared to traditional clearing processes, stablecoin payments are more efficient, more transparent, and easier for Compliance tracing. Especially in Southeast Asia and emerging markets, stablecoins are becoming a new settlement tool connecting both sides of trade. With the regulatory framework for stablecoins in Hong Kong becoming increasingly sophisticated, this model will have greater potential in the future.
