Hanma Technology: Restructuring plan completes multiple share transfers
Jin10 Data reported on May 14 that Hanma Technology announced that the company will implement a capital reserve transfer plan according to the reorganization plan, converting 14.5 shares for every 10 shares, totaling 949 million shares. Recently, the company transferred 69.8044 million shares from the special account for the disposal of the bankrupt enterprise's assets to the corresponding creditors through judicial transfer, accounting for 4.35% of the total share capital, to repay debts. As of now, all 515 million shares intended for attracting reorganization investors have been transferred; of the 433 million shares for debt repayment, 304 million shares have been transferred to the creditors' accounts.
